Gaining an understanding of your audience’s psychographics is essential.

To answer these questions, we will:  

  • Read blogs written for your target audience 

  • Watch YouTube product reviews of your competitors 

  • Check out Reddit pages related to your niche 

  • Look through niche related posts in Facebook Groups

  • Analyze your competitor’s listings and read their reviews

Next, We Dive into Keyword Research

Listing creations come with SEO Level 1 keywords in place. For optimizations, we will determine if your listing needs SEO Level 1, 2, or 3 KW Research.

For SEO Levels 1 and 2, we will use Helium 10’s Cerebro to mine KW data from competitors and implement what’s known as the Relevancy Score Method.

We’ll review data points like Relevancy Score, Keyword Sales, Search Volume, Number of Competitors, and CPR to come up with a shortlist of keywords matched for the listing

This shortlist of 50 important keyword phrases is what we’ll consider for the front end of your listing. We’ll also provide 85-100 characters (3-5 phrases) of A+ Content Image Alt-Text (backend SEO).

For Levels 1 & 2, typically we choose a balance between longtails, mid-level competition, and high search volume phrases. However, in the client brief, you can select your preference for keyword selection.

For SEO Level 3 we will use Cerebro to find valuable keywords that your product is already on the cusp of ranking for and insert them multiple times. This helps boost rank organically (for Level 3 only).

And Now the Creative Work Begins!

Armed with your client brief and our market research, we construct a thorough outline, ensuring all essential points are covered.

From that blueprint, a native-English-speaking copywriter crafts engaging copy and image guidance targeted to your audience. We then infuse the text with your keywords, making sure to maintain a good flow. 

Then, we send the draft to one of our editors to dial it in even further. Two pairs of eyes are always better than one!

You will receive a “Master File” as a Google Document. This doc will contain your main listing copy and links to other deliverables — Keyword Research, A+ Content Guidance, etc.

If anything needs to be changed, you can make comments directly on Google Docs. 2 revision rounds are included with every project.    

Once approved by you, we move to the photography and/or graphic design phase (if you ordered that) to bring the vision to life. Graphic design also comes with 2 revision rounds.
